Sa loob ng nakalipas na labinlimang taon, nalulong ako sa alak at ang buhay ko’y nasira. Nakagawa ako ng maraming maling desisyon at nasaktan ko ang damdamin ng aking mga mahal sa buhay. Madalas akong uminom noon ng sobra sa aking kapasidad. Sa umaga ang simula at madalas, matatapos ito ng madilim na ang araw. Nasanay na akong pumasok sa trabaho ng nakainom at nagagawa ko ring magmaneho ng sasakyan kahit nasa impluwensiya ng espiritu ng alkohol. Hindi ko naiisip noon na inilalagay ko hindi lamang ang aking sarili kundi pati na rrin ang ibang tao as peligro at kapahamakan. Naiinis ako sa aking sarili kapag naiisip ko ito ngayon. At nahihirapan akong balikan ang nakaraan.
Nagkaroon ako ng maraming maling desisyon sa buhay at nakagawa ng maraming kasalanan. May mga pagkakataong gumigising ako sa isang lugar na walang maalala sa mga nagyari nang nagdaang gabi. Nakipag-away ako sa mga kainuman dahil sa kalasingan.
